Wow, you have some nice antique padlocks! What you have is called a story lock. You have the china-man story lock. Its worth $900-1250 dollars minimum.
Story locks were made by the Trenton lock company, in I believe connecticut. They were made in the late 1800's. I'm very impressed! Nice lock collection!!! Here's a link to another story lock called the werewolf: Werewolf story locks Your other locks are more common. The iron one with a brass keyhole is called a smokehouse padlock and is worth $30-50. The rest are worth probably $20-30 dollars each. Would you like to sell your antique padlocks? |
